We are QubitSoft, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our design team is growing and we need a Junior UX Designer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Define and track design quality metrics and success criteria
- Collaborate closely with engineers during implementation
- Maintain and evolve the company design system and component library
- Present design work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing sessions
What We're Looking For:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with version control and collaboration tools
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
- Comfortable working in a collaborative remote environment
- Strong foundational skills in your area of expertise
