We are Meridian Labs, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our product team is growing and we need a Lead Product Owner to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals
- Identify market opportunities through user research and competitive analysis
- Manage stakeholder communication and expectations effectively
- Write clear product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Work with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver features
- Analyze product metrics and run experiments to drive growth
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
What We're Looking For:
- Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Deep expertise in your domain with a broad technical perspective
- Track record of defining and executing on strategic initiatives
- 7+ years of progressive experience in your field
- Experience leading and growing high-performing teams
