We are EdgeCompute, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our engineering team is growing and we need a Lead React Native Developer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical requirements
- Lead code reviews and mentor engineers across the team
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment infrastructure
- Drive architectural decisions aligned with long-term product goals
- Contribute to engineering roadmap planning and sprint execution
- Identify and address technical debt to keep the codebase healthy
- Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident response efforts
What We're Looking For:
- Deep expertise in your domain with a broad technical perspective
- Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience leading and growing high-performing teams
- 7+ years of progressive experience in your field
- Track record of defining and executing on strategic initiatives
