Axiom Labs is a fast-growing technology company building sales tools for modern teams. We are fully distributed and passionate about solving hard problems at scale. As a Lead Sales Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our culture from anywhere in the world.

What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in Salesforce
- Collaborate with customer success on seamless handoffs post-sale
- Develop and deliver compelling product demos to potential clients
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets and contribute to team growth

What We're Looking For:
- Track record of defining and executing on strategic initiatives
- Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills
- 7+ years of progressive experience in your field
- Experience leading and growing high-performing teams
- Deep expertise in your domain with a broad technical perspective
