We are Nexus Systems, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our design team is growing and we need a Mid-Level Motion Designer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Translate complex user problems into elegant, simple solutions
- Define and track design quality metrics and success criteria
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing sessions
- Collaborate closely with engineers during implementation
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive design specifications
- Lead end-to-end design process from research to high-fidelity mockups
