We are NexGen Digital, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our design team is growing and we need a Mid-Level UX Designer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Stay current with UX trends and accessibility best practices
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing sessions
- Present design work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
- Define and track design quality metrics and success criteria
- Collaborate closely with engineers during implementation
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
- Proven ability to deliver projects independently
