We are FusionStack, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our data team is growing and we need a Senior Database Administrator to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Develop ML models and deploy them to production environments
- Collaborate with analysts and engineers to define data models
- Drive experimentation frameworks and A/B testing infrastructure
- Partner with engineering to integrate data products into the platform
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL workflows
- Create dashboards and reports for business stakeholders
- Design and optimize data warehouse schemas for performance
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience mentoring junior and mid-level team members
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact projects
