We are Helios Dev, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our engineering team is growing and we need a Senior Security Engineer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Lead code reviews and mentor engineers across the team
- Improve system reliability, performance, and observability
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment infrastructure
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical requirements
- Identify and address technical debt to keep the codebase healthy
What We're Looking For:
- Strong system design and architectural thinking
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Ability to drive technical decisions with long-term impact
- Experience mentoring junior and mid-level team members
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
